Reno update

New windows in the newly insulated and boarded basement..we used sprayfoam insulation everywhere great stuff, no need for a vapour barrier

Tony and brenda came for a look after lunch

New Quartz Counters

They look amazing and the sink is so nice, Plumber coming June 11 or 12 to finish up and our contractor will finish up his work also...ie) backsplash and fireplace tiles

Old sofa and chair recovered and re-designed

Fridge in place , dishwasher also,Over the stove Microwave hooked up bought a new one it is also a convection oven and we vented it to the outside. Can't wait to finish furnishing it and then the move back to Saskatoon. Counters are going in next Thursday so will have a new picture of that.

front entrance picture 1 took the closet out nice size room now

Looking into the living room from the entrance room...we took out the french doors so it is now open

Living room looking to the dinning room took out all the arches the old firplace all gone the new is gas...and more modern looking

looking from the kitchen to the back stairs a much wider exit down the stairs

bathroom is so roomy now that the wall has been moved 24 inches this is the shower base and wall

master bedroom archway gone nice

We are getting there...we have re insulated with spray foam all outside walls and attic ...we actually gained about 4 inches a room by doing this ...imagine that
